Do you think i can get a computer for my B-day?

Question

im turning 15 and i really want a dell laptop for my birthday and my mom said maybe because she doesn't think im old enough to get one i mean i really only going to use it for the web, email, download music and pictures

,and for school work. yes we have a desktop but my brothers and sisters want it all the time and mess everything up and go through my stuff like my email do you think im old enough to get one but my 12 year old sister wants one too do you think she should get one too

i doubt you will get one..i hope you do tho, because first off too expensive....i understand my sisters are a pain in the a ss i cant ever check my email without them hovering over me...annoying..i would ask your mom..and tell her your rresponsible.i had to buy one myself..wwasn'teasy..but i did, or you could use your b-day money and buy one yourself..if you cant get one..or tell your mom how bout splitting 50/50 each..you pay half, she does too..

Thanks for the addy to my contacts :) but i think you can get one. Now and days high school students really need a laptop as alot of work is computer based and they are very affordable. have a happy birthday!

whether you get one or not is up to your mom but you should get one! you are totally old enough because i got one when i was 12! schoolwork is a big deal and you need one especially if your going to go into highschool. its a real need if you dont have access to one often (which sounds like you dont with your sibs) so tell you mom its a good idea! idk about you sister because she may not need one yet but soon!

I think you are old enough. Plus dell laptops are cheap and good quality. I'm seventeen and I've been saving for a laptop for two years and now I finally have one, but if I had the money at age 15 I'd probably have gotten one! good luck and happy b-day in advance =)
