Do you think i can make my b***s smaller.?

I grew my b***s when i was 10 years old. i weigh 54 kg (119 pounds), i am 162cm tall, my boob size is 10E (usa: 32ddd / uk: 32f) and i am currently fourteen years old.

do you think i will be able to loose weight in my b***s using certain exercises?

  1. No, probably not (sorry). Breast size does change for some women with weight gain/loss (it happens for me), but if your b*****s are large when you are not fat all over, then losing weight will likely have little or no effect on them.

    You cannot spot lose weight (that gets said here regularly). For a woman with naturally large b*****s, her only real option is a breast reduction (surgery).

    For a woman with smaller b*****s, who has larger ones because of overall weight gain (I went from a "B" to a "D" cup years ago when I got up over 200 lbs), losing the weight will cause her b*****s to return to their "normal" size when she gets back down to her original weight. For some women, weight gain doesn't occur in the b*****s at all, but other parts of the body. My mother is very large but carries all her weight around her torso, her b*****s didn't significantly change size at all when she put on the weight. She started and stayed a "B" cup.

  4. You are already thin. If you have a great deal of back pain, you may be able to get a breast reduction for medical reasons.

  5. You do not need to try to lose weight to lose b***s. You are already thin. So it wouldn't work anyway. There really is no way to make them smaller. However, they do make minimizer bras. They hold you in better and make b*****s look smaller, and still keep a great shape

  6. b*****s are just fat deposits. If you up your daily exercise they should go down. Running, Swimming, another other full body high aerobic sports should help bring them down. If you don't believe look at female athletes in those sports. Most are not top heavy. ;)

    Oh, and before you think dieting. Starving yourself is counter productive towards permanent weight loss.  

  7. No, you have to lose fat all over to lose weight there too. But fortunately it is one of the first places, women lose weight :)

  9. running makes your b***s smaller.  Get some good running shoes and try it out.  To start out run a mile maybe 5 times a week.  Its ok to stop and walk for a while if you can't make it.  Also remember to stretch.  My aunt used to run and she had small b***s.  When she stopped they got huge (it runs in the family). I run all the time and I have small b***s.  It should help if you eat healthy and keep up the running.  (once you get better at a mile start increasing to 2 or 3)
