IF they even noticed, I highly doubt they would care. If you are going to the DMV they are usually to grumpy to bother noticing anyway. It is all routine to them, they do the same thing over and over and over all day and I am sure that they have seen a lot worse than a cracked mirror. Besides, I live in Arizona and the only requirements for a rearview mirror is that you have one, not two or three, just one. So you should be good to go. Good Luck.
