  1. To be a pro golfer, you want to be playing of a +2 or better. Nothing is impossible if you practice and play well. Also, you want to start entering local (and not so local) tournaments to get the feel for competition as this is also important to know how well you play in tournaments.

    Good Luck

  2. Well you still have lots of growing and practice to do.

Get a good instructor and practice a lot!

If its something you love and you spend lots of time learning and growing your game it could happen but its still a small chance....

Play because you love it and do the best you can, if you are lucky enough you might make it....

  3. keep praticing. golf is alot of hard work which you already know.

  4. sure you can do it but its extremely hard to do though, there is so many good young golfers out there. the best thing to is get on a local junior tour to get a feel for pressure and playing on some harder courses. if you don't play in a bunch of tournaments you wont know how to handle the pressure in higher levels of golf. if you put in the time and  practice like crazy its possible

  5. Hope you're sitting down. There's thousands of kids your age that score better than you. You'd have to have the money and resources to dedicate your life to golf only. Even then the chances are slim.

Better news.....keep playing, concentrate on school. Perhaps earn a full or partial golf/academic scholarship to college and see what happens. If not a playing pro, you can still make golf a career. PGA teaching pros are in great demand!

PS- My 9 year nephew in Florida just shot a 78 on a 6,300 yd. golf course. He finished 3rd in his age group.
