  1. maybe if you work hard enough

    go for it!!!

  2. sorry to spoil your hopes and dreams but I am an 8 handicap, 12 years old and I drive it about 240 constantly. Try working on your short game more and you might have a slim chance at playing in an ameteur tour .

Also to the guy above me, even at 11 driving it 170 isn't anything to brag about. Its about a 5 iron for me

  3. Yes, the most important thing is to believe. Then follow your dream with hard work, dedication and focus.

    I hope you make it.

    .

  4. h**l yeah! Anyone can play on the nationwide tour...it's a matter of how long can play before getting kicked out or caught by the security guards. Just bring your golf clubs and hit the balls from tee to green. You'll be lucky to get one hole done.

  5. u better hit a good 350 yds i hit 170 and i am 11

  6. absoulty, good luck in life man, if you practice you can do anything

  7. I forget his name, but when the vietnam war was happening, he got drafted to the army. (They used to do that) Anyway, when he got out of his time in vietnam, he started playing golf. He worked tiresly, and within about 5 years (estimate) he was playing in the PGA. And he went on to win 3 majours, to make alot of money. So i say, easily buddy. Just you will need to dedicate yourself to golf, but easily, 7 handicap, well he started with about....alot! So i say, easily, just keep working hard!

  8. The Nationwide Tour is VERY good, very good.  These guys, like the commercial says, are good.  Length is a big thing out there, im not saying its the only thing but its very important.  More important is scoring.  People worry so much about length that they forget to learn how to get the ball in the hole.  My advice?  Play as much as possible, against the best competetion you can find and when you start beating him, find someone better and so forth and so on.  The guys on the Nationwide tour, just to give you a frame of reference, are probably anywhere from +2 to +5 handicaps.  That means they average anywhere from -2 to -5 on long tough golf courses.  I mean for 4 rounds they routinely shoot 16-20 under par.  They can flat play.  I say all that to say this, anyone who wants it can play on any tour, so dont ever let anyone tell you that you cant.  Work hard on your SHORT GAME, and play as much as possible.  Good Luck.....im wanting to get out there too who knows maybe we will see eachother out there someday.

  9. The average drive you hit is just 5 yards short of Tiger Woods average. Are you the next phenomenon in the current golfing world? You had better save a few hundred dollars, enter all the state association tournaments designed for golfers with the handicap index you carry. If you can win in this competition, go to the next level and try for regionals or tournaments catering to lower handicap indices. If you hold your own in this league which equals a plus 1 to 4 handicap, enroll in the "Q" school. Pay your $ 5,000 and good luck during your next 10 rounds. Therein lies the truth as to your ability.

  10. im 14 and im a 1 handicap, i drive the ball about 290 but i have some trouble putting, keep working cuz thats my goal to and anything can happen

  11. anything is possible dude just believe. But you need to be able to kick a scratch golfers *** pretty much. so keep working. There is a FINE line betweeen say a 4 handicapper and a scratch and below golfer. You should try to gain some distance and work on your short game for countess hours. And find a good swing coach or friend because you will need someone to get your swing on plane consistently. Good luck!
