  1. I like it, its original, I like =original names, only problem i can see with it, it would be tough to write you name on the bathroom wall at school, you really couldn't blame anyone else! :-)

  2. never heard it but really like it!

  3. It's a great name, and if you are Aboriginal then good on you for it.

It is a town in New South Wales though, isn't it?  Taree...near Port Macquarie?  Don't ask me, I'm Tasmanian (and I live in England).

I like it when people have names that indicate their ancestory, I have an Irish friend (a girl) named Saoirse, and even though most of her non-Irish friends can't pronounce it she still goes by it and won't "dumb down" to "Sarah" or using her middle name.

(It's pronounced "seer-sah", or like "CSR" in an Aussie accent.)

    Onya Taree!  :-)

  4. Yeah, it's cool

  10. I think it is beautiful. One of a kind as I'm sure you are. Who wants to be like others? Not me!

  11. it is definitely one of a kind

    that's why i like it

  12. A lot of people name their kids based on towns or cities there's a lot of people named Sydney for example

  13. ive always loved indigineous names. after a while, all your Bobs, Marys and Janes get so boring and you want to get to know someone with a fresh exotic name.
