At 43 your Dad is only 6 or 7 years older than Matt. That means Matt is old enough to be your father. Your Mom is probably his age too. The others are right. You are in his son's age group,not his. Plus if he were willing go out with a minor when he has a wife and son at home,how could you ever feel the same way about him. You like him because he's a good guy,right? If he went out with you,then he wouldn't be a nice guy anymore. Think about it.
