  1. if your not against the ouija board then use it to see if there is ghost or you could call up paranormal investigators to come check out your house

  2. Why don't you try setting up some surveillence? It could really be anything until you capture it on video, you will never know.

  3. Since the existence of ghosts has never been proved I suggest that you look for rational explanations to what is occurring.

Things seen in the peripheral vision can sometimes be floaters in your eye.

The crashing plates and footsteps you experience when you are in bed perhaps dreaming or at least a little befuddled, you may be hearing a noise and wrongly attributing it's source.

As for the heavy breathing, computer noises, pets, air conditioning, breezes? A panting ghost seems the least likely source.

  4. I'm a ghost hunter, so I see my fair share of people's overactive imaginations. Especially these days when ghosts are all over television so everybody thinks they have a ghost in their house. It sounds like however, you are experiencing a little more than just a cold draft in your bedroom. What you need to do is check to see if there are simple answers for this "phenomena". See, if plates are crashing in the cupboard, then check to see if there are mice in your house. Mice love cupboards. Breathing could be attributed to random everyday noises breaking your concentration. If you're staring at a computer and some unexpected noise catches your attention, it can startle you. Footsteps are harder to explain, but it's easy to imagine hearing footsteps on carpeted floors. If you're hearing hard wood boards creaking, then well, that's a good possibility you have a ghost. Shadows are pretty dubious, everybody sees shadows in their peripheral when light hits it a certain way.

If you find that you have a ghost, you can try many things, all of which you can find if you Google how to banish a ghost. An easy thing you can try in a minute, is to light white candles in a room which you perceive is haunted. Wait for a sign of paranormal activity and when you feel a presence you can demand that the ghost leave your house and move on. Ghosts will likely leave, but if it's a truly malevolent force than you may have to consult the internet or a professional to perform an exorcism on your house.

I'll research this a little more then put up some rituals to banish ghosts on my website. Hope this info was helpful!

  5. Not a ghost a spirit. You should get a paranormal investigator to check it out.

  6. Why do people assume just because they see something out of the corner of their eye, it's a ghost?

Unless you are looking straight at it, it could have been a flying insect, or a shadow from something in your room.

The sounds of heavy footsteps could be caused by temperature changes with wood floor. Even if you have carpeting over them.

Wood will expand and contract with temperature fluctuations and humidity changes.

And since you were trying to sleep when hearing dishes crashing, it could have been your brain going into sleep mode, or even a noise outside like a dog getting into someones trash can.

FYI: You probably would have had more replies from other paranormal investigators had you dropped your threat about reporting people.

    Making threats defeats your purpose.
