  1. Clearly you are uncomfortable about how your chest is pounding. When you say you can see your heart beat, that is quite unusual. Majority of the people, can feel their heart beat if they put their hand around 4 finger length below your left nipple.

If you get tired a lot, if you think you don't have the stamina to play sports like your buddies, or anything of that sort. If you have more signs and sympotms  such as these...then I would go to a cardiologist. UNtil then, I wouldn't worry too much about it. you are very young, and you should be able to eat whatever and enjoy all the typical physical activities.

  2. I am not a doctor and only a physician can diagnose you. But if you are worried about anything being wrong with your heart go see a cardiologist. Don't wait until something bad happens to you to confirm that you do have a problem. Young people have heart problems too. And I don't say this to scare you, but you should listen to your body. In the mean time, eat healthy. Don't make matters worst by filling your arteries with junk. Being young is not an excuse for eating bad. Hopefully you will be old someday and it may catch up to you. I hope that you take my advise and that you are okay.

  3. first of all. when does this happens?  after you run or hurrying or when you are resting?  I would go to a cardiologist and they can do an ekg and find out if you have an issue with your heart it will let them know how fast your heart is beating if it is skipping beats or any abnormal.
