Question:

Do you think i have anxiety?

I keep worrying about everything like i get nervous when anything new happens or if i decorate my room and i lie awake at night running things through my head likescenario's of what will happen. Like when i went to get my budgie, i lay awake at night feeling positive about it then physically sick at other times! is this anxiety?

  1. Yes that is anxiety.Try doing some reading or a puzzle before bed.That should help get your mind off things.


  2. Yes it is u just have to relax and take a couple of deep breaths and take everything one at a time

  3. yea i think it is, maybe you should go talk to someone about it preferably a doctor just to see if it is anxiety i have the same problem...

  4. Sounds like it to me. Anxiety is defined as excessive worrying so you have that it sounds like! First, I would take a more natural approach like exercising, eating differently, herbal remedies, hot baths and if that doesnt work then I would go to a doctor and tell him it makes you sick beacuse that is a symptom of anxiety also and tell him/her you need medication for you anxiety as it interferes with your life.. Good luck! Medication and therapy have done wonders for me!!

  6. its possible - but i think its more likely stress or OCD.

    either way, go arrange an appointment with a doctor and get it looked at.
