4 lovebirds

depends on what a flemish giant is... if it really is like some big animal thing then yes but not tooooo toooo many animals since three of them are small and you only have one cat and one dog. my friend has 2 cats and 2 dogs and i personally think that your amount of animals seems like less than that (of course i really have no clue what a flemish giant is) and i don't think she has too many animals. so yeah srry if this makes noooo sense to you it made sense to mean (kinda)

Some places have limits that you have to abide by but as long as you are willing and capable to care for them and pay for all of their expenses and bring them to the vets for regular check ups. You have the right amount for your. At one point I had over 60.

It depends.  It's okay what you have as long as you're taking proper care of them.  However if you're not then I would say yes, you need to give them some.

But like I said as long as you're taking care of the animals there is nothing wrong with it.  However if you live in the state of Florida I think that might be illegal.

if you are taking good care of them then, it's fine to have that many, but if you aren' t or if you don't want them then take them to a shelter or find them a good home.
