exercise more or will i over do it? every night i ride my triathlete bike for 4 miles, run 2 and swim 1, im afraid im gona collapse with exhaustion, and i also do volleyball, and basketball. i sleep about 10 hours on school days. but im still afraid im gna pass out, i have a great body im healthy and i drink 2 gallons of water a day.

  1. what you're doing right now is good but too much. you just have to remember that eating well is what your body needs.  


  2. Just make sure you eat enough to fulfill your energy needs and arent losing excess weight. Dont go far beneath your BMI (body mass index) and check your blood pressure with your doc to make sure all is good. If you feel faint - it might be low...
