  3. I'm not sure if you want to be constipated tomorrow or if you don't want to be constipated tomorrow. I think the broccoli will do nothing but give you a lot of gas. If you need fiber so you won't be constipated eat salads (lots of them) and apples or apple juice, prune juice, tomato juice and OJ, they all will keep you from being constipated. If you want to be constipated take Pepto Bismol or an anti-diarrhea medicine. Your question wasn't real clear about what you are wanting the broccoli to do.

  4. Quite possible.  But, I don't think it's possible to eat too much broccoli.

  5. Um.... well that depends on if you want to make yourself constipated. if you do it probably will kick in by tomorrow.

  6. Possibly, but you may have problems with gas.  Some people do when they eat too much broccoli.

    You could also try peanuts, which work well, or anything that is relatively high in fiber (whole grain crackers, popcorn, etc.).

    Whatever you do, drink plenty of water.  That will help as much as anything.

  7. Do exactly as I say and you will not be constipated by lunch.  When you first get up...before you ingest anything.  Drink a half cup or a little more of prune juice, on an empty stomache and you will go within the hour.  Trust me.  

    Brocoli will only make you have gas.

  9. if you are constipated it is too late. broccoli or other fibers help prevent not fix it. Take a laxative or drink natural laxative tea.
