I also think that you will have to take summer school or instead of related arts you will have to take a class that helps you with English.

you may have to repeat english. if so, you will get notified by your school. In all you have a 79 average, which is well abaove passing

Yeah looks like it but you'll definitely have to repeat 9th grade english. I'm not sure but you might be a "freshmore" next year(where you're a sophmore taking freshman classes).
