  1. Not really, "they"  will say they need the increase in cost to pay for the development of the product or for more research.

It should but it probably wont...Doctors are stupid...You want to be a doctor so you can help ppl but then you see the money you make and so u start spending it on stuff like big houses and fancy cars and then you start charging ppl more so you can get more stuff...Drugs and surguries should be almost free! PPL ARE SICK AND DYING...

  4. Yes, it could, but not just scientifically improved. Better handwashing makes a big difference and is essentially free. A big factor in health care costs in the US is the entire health insurance industry, which is essentially a parasite to actual health care, driven to profitby the denial of care. Some technology to eliminate that parasite would definitely decrease health care costs.

  5. Technology has been improving all along and health care costs have yet to go down.

    Someone's got to pay for improved technology.
