It should be legal. Whatever two consenting adults want to do with each other is fine with me. Save the jail space for actual criminals.

that also means that crime will drastically increase. another reason to shoot someone. not safe.

Of course.  It's a service, and a way of making a living, so why not?

Yes, because if it were legalized it would not be surrounded by so much violent crime. It would be more useful to end drug prohibition first! If it were a regular occupation the streets would be safer and less women would be injured. I do not advice it or support it but outlawing it causes it to become dangerous for many people.
