  1. Given the very gradual escalation of the world record in the 100 meters ... just "smashed" this weekend ... by a hundredth of a second ... the fastest you will ever seen anyone "human" run the 100 meters is probably 9.3 - 9.4 seconds.

Which of course ... would have been considered IMPOSSIBLE just a few years ago.

  2. could happen i soppose...

  3. LEROY J GET OVER IT THE JAMAICANS ARE CLEAN.THE PERFORMANCES BY THE JAMAICANS ARE SIMPLE AMAZING. AND NO I DON'T THINK HUMANS WILL EVER MOVE THAT FAST OVER LAND 8.5 THOUGH ANY FASTER AND THE BONES OF THAT INDIVIDUAL WILL BE BROKEN

  4. No faster than 9 seconds trust me definately never 1 second I what you mean because it gets faster all the time but it wont go futher than 9 seconds new world records are just going to happen even longer apart and the difference will be less than half a second difference of the original world record then somehwew in the future we will reach the fastest a human would ever run in 100 m and that will never be beaten.

PS the fastest men are in West Africa they are just not exposed as much as America and the Caribbean which are in the western world. Those black people have ancestry to that region of Africa untill they get the exposure and wealth to train their people we wont see the real fastest men on the planet. I believe he is somewhere in Ghana fetching water from a whale or something in poverty

  5. lol no. that is physically and even mechanically impossible for something to travel on the ground at faster than 100m/sec
