Do you think innocent flirting rarely leads to having an affair?

When the people are nice, when the innocent flirting is just one on one, but lunches don't occur yet, do you think this usually leads to an affair with a coworker? I think only about 30% have affairs in this situation?

I think it happens very often =/. Whether or not one is married or both.

A lot depends on the intent and integrity of the people involved.  I'm all for innocent flirting; but then again I behave myself...

Everyone has their own standards on qualities they believe in when it CUMS to relationships but in my opinion,YES it can and that his cheating;but now a days cheating is common and people believe cheating is only if you have s*x with someone else but everything else is kool. If I had a lady friend I wouldn't flirt with any woman. My woman is the only woman that would exist to me.
