no i don't think that at all, i love ireland, i've lived here all my life. The only thing i would change wud be the weather !

Dull and boring: It used to be, not really anymore.

Proper facilities: Can be lacking in many areas most notably transport infrastructure, which is at least 35 years behind most of europe. While this is sometimes touted as "charming", it's a lame excuse for jobs that should have been done and never were and draws attention away from those who should have done them.

As a few other people have said, the roads need a serious looking at, I live 10 miles away from my place of work and it takes me at least an hour to get in in the mornings, sometimes longer to get home!

Other than that, no, I don't find the country boring at all, I live in a great town and have travelled throughout Ireland and have never felt like I have had to go without anything.

yes i do. Where i live in Galway is very boring and there's no decent clothes shop. All thats here is Dunnes Stores and all the other shops are too expensive. like wtf

No its not dull and boring, I love my life here and im happy - its far from boring with friends like mine ! :) The facilities where i live are great!!!

No, but I do agree that the infrastructure could be improved, but I like it that neighbours and villages still all know their own inhabitants.
