not at all. he isnt exactly prime right now.he might want to get out before he takes further injuries and regrets it. 20 mil is a decent pot when you're already thinking of retiring

I think if Bret decides to take the money, he'll get a lot of flak because his reasoning for wanting to come back is because he wants to play - not for the money.  And by now, he should have plenty of money from his salary and endorsements, so I would be surprised if he does decide to take the 20 mil. Right now, I think the Packers should let him play or trade him, especially for all that he's done for them, but if Bret decides to take the money, he loses all credibility.

Not at all.  I would guess he would honour his current contract and sit on the bench as second or third back-up and then accept the new $20 million contract, if he cant find a job with another team as a starter or back-up.  lol :)

If they're offering why not consider it? I mean if you were in the same situation wouldn't you consider it? I mean through investments he will still be earning money so on top of that $20M he will be getting that other income.

No. Its money, and he can play in minor league probably. He's not good enough to play pro anymore anyways, so why not take it? And i think you mean cheap  instead of cheesy.

I think its even more cheesy that The Packers won't release him to pursue his career with so little time left for him at his age. He should take the money if there are no options.
