  1. if it's biodegradable that's good. alot of what is in garbage fills is actually biodegradable, but mixed with like plastics and other garbage. it becomes waste.

if it's biodegradable it becomes dirt. so it's like throwing out dirt.  in the city though that would be bad, because the city will clean it up and put it in a land fill.

but.. if you're in an area with no garbage, just dumping it might be justified, because whoever needs to pay to clean the place might find it smarter to install garbage cans there.

  2. nope never ever it is just people that are to lazy to take the trash in find another trash can i have seen peole at a 7-eleven and the trash can is about 7 are even 10 feet from them and dump there trash on the ground are even throw it out of a moving truck are car

  3. Litter can be a problem in several ways:

    1) Waste, items could otherwise be recycled

    2) Health, rotting products can be unhealthy

    3) Eyesore

    4) The example, somebody sees you through an apple core, so they think its ok to throw their styrofoam cup.

Can you avoid all these?  If its a banana peel or an apple core -- its not really litter, it is natural.  But if you throw it in a public place it creates an eyesore for other people and somebody else has to pick it up.  A less caring person may feel permission to litter real garbage.  But if you are driving on a lonely road and toss an apple core, it is the same as animal would have done and is in fact better and more natural than having that piece of fruit in the county dump.  Just think it through.  Don't create an excuse for a less thinking person.

  4. If it is a fruit core/banana peel yes.  If it is cooked food NO.  I think its good for theenvironment to be littering fruit cores etc.  The ground where you throw it probably receives hardly any decent nutrients.  We seem to sweep things up and not give back to the ground properly.

  5. I if it is a banana peel, apple core or an orange peel or something if you mean that kind of natural.  Then hide it so a bird will find it and have a snack.

  6. Never, Ever

  7. Never never!!! just bcoz there isn't any bin nearby and the thing is biodegradable, we shouldn't litter. After all, its a matter of personal hygiene and does anyboby want 2 make a mother - MOTHER NATURE ......dirty???
