  1. it depends on the person... do they thrive under pressure or collapse? some people lose their creativity unless they ARE under pressure. and others... well, they just crack under pressure and make a complete mess of things. So, over all, I'd have to say it depends on the personality type.

  2. That depends on the person. A lot of creative types need to have an unsettling situation in order to create their best work -they thrive on the feelings they get from uncertainty. Many great works of art, literature and music have arisen from darkness and heartbreak. Others, however, can be creative only when things are going smoothly and become so upset when faced with the unfamiliar that they are unable to create anything.

  3. ...there is something about creativity...its never a loser, no matter the situation...

  4. ...oh, initially I do think it hinders because unfamiliarity can reap uneasiness or even give way to stress...frequently, after the "shock" wave of feeling foreign subsides, a "rush" of uncontrollable creativity overpowers the fears and the creative juices can then become extremely heightened

  5. More likely they will improve...

People tend to revert back to the normal. What ever their "normal" happens to be. We tend to make the unfamiliar as "familiar" as possible as fast as possible. More times then not, it takes creativity to make it happen.

Other wise, there is no other explanation for the people of Scandinavia migrating to North America and stopping to live in Wisconsin and MN. Why move from cold to cold? Why to a warm region?

Because "cold" was what they were familiar with... The cold brought normality to the unfamiliar.

  6. I would have to say lose. I've seen a lot of people lose their creativity, and i've also seen few people with true creativity. I consider creativity to be a fine art, I'm tired of mediocre attempts.

  7. Yes I would have to say both some people loose it with the hussel of  life and work... But then some people bring it out with the stresses

  8. I think sometimes we have to lose so that we can improve, it that makes any sense!  When a creative person loses, I think they bounce back even stronger.... and that's what makes them a better artist and more creative person.

I have won a few, and lost a few but the lost only remind me to do better.

  9. both i think it depends  on the mood of the circumstance!

some tend to be one track minded and others will explore out side the box..

and each person can experince both!
