  1. you want prevention?

Meds are taken if you already have those.

For prevention, NO NEED FOR MEDICATION

  2. Kind of a silly question as any type of medicine is taken to counteract an unhealthy condition in the body. You avoid the above mentioned by eating right and exercising. Something to kep in mind is that genetics factor in your propensity for developing one of the diseases you mentioned. If you have anyone in your family tree that suffers from one or all, you need to stay proactive in watching your diet and bodyfat levels.

  3. Well, it's normal and a lot of people do, but when my doctor threatened to put me on high blood pressure medicine for the first time, I begged her to let me try to get control with a more healthy diet.

  4. Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. Here are some free workout videos and other tips to lose weight fast..

  5. This medication is horrid for high cholesterol (it is the bodies trying to heal damaged blood vessels) and increases mortality rates as well as poor joints and worse memory  and depletes food Omega 3's and Q10 so not good even if you have high cholesterol and for sure NOT as a preventative.  Each less high glycemic foods (grains, sugars that trigger insulin that does the damage to the blood vessels.)

For the high blood watch your emotions and eat more veggies and way less junk foods.  Take care of your kidneys by drinking enough water every day and this does not mean sports drinks or cola's.

Diabetes cut down again on high glycemic foods AND watch your anger emotions as in Chinese and German New Medicine it is linked to liver and pancreatic problems. the Australian Bush Flower Essences Peach-flowered Tea-tree helps regulate sugar levels and can be useful in regulating sugar in the blood stream.
