Do you think it's strange or normal?

for a twenty year old guy to ask a 40 year old woman out.

I would not like to go with a twenty year old. I would feel that I was taking advantage of them and that they are immature . I think it would not last for them. The older person usually gets dumped one day. I have a honest answer that is different than most the ones I see here .I would think it was strange but it would also not be my business and so I would not care. Everyone is free including me.

I agree, more or less, with the other replies. You usually hear of older men with younger women. If that works, then younger men with older women can work too.

However, I have to admit that a 20 year old guy asking a 40 year old woman out is unusual. But unusual does not mean strange. "Normal" just means what most people do, and if you look at the world today, what is so good about being normal? Some guys will be attracted to older women, and some guys will be attracted to women their own age.

I think what is most important for the woman is how she feels about the man. For example, is he friendly, caring and interesting to the woman? Do they have similar interests? In other words, she should ask herself the same questions about being with a man, whether he is 20, 40, or 60.

It doesn't matter about age unless one is under 18 my dad has always ended up dating my friends,once they were overage. He just broke up with one of them and she is the same age as I am, she's 20 and he is 46, but I never complained because it made him happy and that's all that matters.

It's very stange, but I guess some might see it as normal. I think that guy might be desperate or trying to get back to his g/f by showing her that he can get any woman he want. hahhaha

Happening a lot more lately. Guys have been going out with much younger women since day one, and no one bats an eye. Why shouldn't an older woman have the same benefits? As long as they're happy I think its perfectly normal.

I see most of normal answers nowadays age is just a number as long as you can take care of yourself some guys prefer a 50 year old over a 20 year old as long as you still got it wings.
