  3. YIKES! think of the child when hes/shes in elementary school. not to be rude, but that name will get made fun of and thats going to hurt the child. i got made fun of for my last name and it isnt even that weird.

  4. It would be a super cool middle name! I think it could work as a first name too.

I've never heard it before, but it does sound pretty good (in my opinion)... I'm sure it would likely be shortened to Wulf or Rick by his friends

I went to school with a boy named Cedric (similar) from grade 4 - 11, and I never ever heard anyone tease him about his name. He was a really cool guy though, and everyone liked him :)

  5. I wold call him Wulf... :-)

  6. It's not that it is old fashioned it is that it is "ethnic".  Wulfric is an ancient Germanic name so it will sound a bit odd to Americans.

  7. ummm yes it does sound too old

  8. yes it's too outdated

  12. Yes.

  13. way too wacky. I like unique but...

  14. That's really different.  It's not that it is so old fashioned sounding as more raised by wolves or all hail the viking hoard sounding.  It doesn't jump out at me as "Hey I like that name" but it also doesn't scream "Oh my God what were his parents thinking".  I think if you like it, it might be OK.

  15. Willow is better.

  16. Yes, it is. I can't even tell if its a boy or girl's name. Your child might get teased for their name because its a little odd sounding.
