  1. they have been flying to Burma for a while now......but they dont fly direct from Australia, you have to go through Singapore.


  2. It's no different to them flying to America, who are doing more to brutalise people than a tiny country like Burma. Don't think Jetstar fly there, but it's the same principle. Is it unethical of them to fly Australians anywhere, since we have such a poor record of human rights with our indigenous populations?

  3. yes. Buddhists are such beautiful people and do not deserved the brutal regimes in Burma or Tibet etc, and we should boycott any economic support for these regimes.

  4. I think it's unethical for anyone to fly to Burma ... and Zimbabwe, and China .. and other brutal regimes. However, since we have vast fortunes being made in China that will not happen ..... people flying to Burma benefit the regime .. if we could boycott them completely they'd lose power. Going there supports brutality.
