Question:

Do you think it's weird for my best friend to always ask me for advice to everything when I'm 2 years younger?

I'm only 16 and my best friend is 18. Like most best friends, she always goes to me with problems. But she doesn't just go to me with normal problems, she asks me for advice for the tough stuff like college and career advice. I mean, I feel honored and stuff because I'm younger, but doesn't that seem a little weird? Like personally, I don't think I would EVER ask someone 2 years younger than me for that kind of advice. What are your thoughts?

  1. It's not weird. She's your best friend and she figures you know her well enough to have some sort of idea about what would be the best for her. If you're not comfortable giving advise on these matters. tell her so.

  2. well she must really trust u  its not weird and ur advice must be really good too  it doesnt matter ur youger as she thinks ur apinun must really count to her ur her best friend lol ..... well am 15 almost 16 and my big bro who is 19 asks me stuff lyk that all the tym lol hoped this helped add me if u want k x*x

  3. Well, if you two are really best friends then this is totally normal and expected. Especially in friendships, age doesn't matter at all. You two are friends, not siblings or aquaintences or anything. Friends ask friends for help, so this is normal. I have lots of friends who are younger and older than me and we all get help from each other.

  4. You both must be like really close if she tells you all this.

I guess she really trusts you.

    Hope I helped
