i mean i've been crushed on, and had crushes but my friends would tell you i'm a picky person. is that weird or bad in a way?

so what if i'm picky? i sure won't waste my time with someone i don't feel good with just so i can go around and say "hey, look, i've got meself a bf! weeeee!!!!"

i intend to live AT LEAST 80 more years, so why rush anything?!

Not at all, alot people really don't start true relationships until college.  I do warn you though more then likely you meet someone in college that may little experience as well and you all hit off and happily ever after.  Great thing about being single is that your not bound to one person or one place.  In high school you are able to go to whom evers house, be at friends that you normally could not hang out with.  Usually HS relationships don't last long anyway.

No it is not weird. I am 25 and have never had a serious relationship. I have been out with guys and on dates but nothing ever serious. You are young. Your time will come. i have to say that i sometimes am picky when it comes to guys. There are just some things I want in a guy and i can't seem to find it. But I have learned that you have to give guys a try that are not exactly what you want. They might turn out to be the one. Just be patient and try not to look so hard for someone. He will come when you least expect it. Good Luck.

No, I do not think you are weird. Also there is nothing wrong with knowing what you want and do not want in a relationship. I would not lower my moral standards for a guy.

no its not. but having really high standards are bad. if you dont look past a person vanity you wont be able to realize how great that person personality is. who knows that really gross looking dude might be the nicest person you'd ever meet. and That hot guy i mean a 10 might just be an air head. really good looking moron. who smokes jk

Not at all! BE AS PICKY AS POSSIBLE. YOu don't want to end up settling or being unhappy. Being selective is amazing and I am impressed that you have it at such a young age. But make sure you don't have a front on that men are scared of. Remember to be open.
