Do you think it's weird that my 17 year old friend's parents lets her boyfriend sleep in the same bed as her?

My friend is 17 and her boyfriend is 19. I just think it's very odd that her parents let them sleep together in the same bed.

  1. That is very weird. I'm not an idiot. I know my children may be having s*x at this stage of their life, but I will not enable it.

  3. yes, and don't you think it's even more odd that my 13 yr old friend's mom let's her and her 16-17 yr old boyfriend sleep in the same bed.

    shes aloud to go camping with her boyfriend and spend the night -- in the same bed. her stepdad doesnt really say anything but her mom is okay with it :S

  9. No. When I was 16 I slept in the same bed as my boyfriend, but he was still a virgin, and we didn't sleep together until months later. It is possible to sleep together and not have s*x. Besides, she's 18 soon, and a legal adult.

    EDIT: For all the people downing this, I'd like you to know that we had protected s*x and ARE STILL TOGETHER. If you can't tell from my name, we are actually getting married soon, and have been together since we were 16. We're both 19 now.

  10. no...their keeping their daughter safe at home...otherwise she would go do it anyways..except in cheap motels or their car...smart parents!!
