Well when females do it its not considered rape, because a female can't rape a male.

When a male does it (especially if the student is under 16) then its statutory rape and therefore is illegal

The women seem to get somewhat equal jail time.  I think there are people who think that boys can't be coerced into s*x like girls, but of course they can and are.  Our perceptions haven't caught up with reality.  There are many fewer women pedophiles per capital than males as well.
