Do you think it is okay for a 5 and 2yr old boys to take a bath togethe?

I say yes,my mother says its nasty and that we should not let them. WHat is your option on this question?They are both boys

My 4 yr old son and almost 2 yr old daughter take baths together...

its only nasty if you TEACH them its nasty... i personally dont have the energy to go through 2 baths a night... once my son is a little older and can take a bath by himself then ill split them up...

i've given my 6 year old and 1 year old boys a bath together....i don't see anything wrong with it at that age they are so innocent!

Why wouldn't it be?  Your mother must have a problem with homosexuality?  

Making a bath out to be "bad" or "sexual" is what's wrong.

It's a bath.  That's all.

They both have the same 'stuff' so I don't see anything wrong with it. When the 5 year old is ready for privacy and no longer wants to bathe with his brother I would do it separately. Until then save yourself the trouble of two separate baths. I took baths with my two sisters all the time when I was little. When we got older we took separate showers.

course it is. i use to have baths with my brother when we were tiny and we were 2 yrs apart.  People with twisted minds will always find something wrong with innocent things. they are still so young its completely fine

It's totally fine at that age!  How silly of her to think it's nasty.  I have a 5 yr old girl and a three year old girl, and they take a bath together every night, just as I did with my sister when I was young.

I took bathes with my friends until I was 10. It's healthy, and normal. If their siblings then they get more bonding time, or if their just friends they get more play time. At those ages they are really exploring the world, and trying to figure things. It might teach them about their bodies, like how "he has a p***s too." It can also help with social skills, and sharing. Plus it gets them clean! By all means go for it! I mean these are YOUR kids raise them the way you want to ;)

No, the 5 year old has a bigger 'you know' and the 2 year old barely has a ' you know '.Nevermind that. Since I've seen the other answers it would be totally ok if they took a bath together! There boys!!!!

I think yes too...I mean they are just little kids...don't let them take a bath together when they get older...
