Do you think it is right for someone to bring their baby to the Convention for obvious political reasons?

I'm watching the convention and they keep cutting away to whats-her-face showing her holding Palin's baby. That poor kid with down-syndrome must be miserable right now.

Tell me your thoughts about this..., and please, be civil.

I have mixed feelings on it. You'd want your kid to be able to say "I was there when my mom/dad was...." It's a moment in history. But that baby is so young I can't image he would be very comfortable with all the noise and lights, etc.
