Do you think it is right or wrong to say some to stepkids or S.O. KIds? when the act up or to loud?

asking due to the fact i live in an apartment and the guy above

just got a divorce and the guy has a girlfriend with 3 little kids extrmelly loud and he doesnt say anything because they are her kids is he right or wrong?

Children should be disciplined by someone, if he lives there he is responsible.

if  its  his  place  he  should feel  free  to  speak up  about  house rules.

as  a  neighbour you  can  speak up  for  yourself

Give him time, nobody wants to go in heavy handed in the beginning. If he likes the G.F. he's not going to make too much fuss.

Maybe you could say to the GF "It's amazing how the noise carries in these apartments, especially if your downstairs"

At some point, as the relationship develops the guy is going to have to step up and take part in disciplining the kids. He may be uncomfortable with that job due to lack of experience with kids or due to the fact that he is new in their lives.

The other problem is that little kids are loud. (I know this because I am a mother.) I feel bad for you since you live below them. Maybe he will move or perhaps you could move? The kids won't ever be quiet...even with adequate discipline. It's not their nature.
