  1. I would weigh the options.  Do I live close enough to the game site?  Am I willing to pay for transportation costs to the site?  Can I get a ticket to the game for a reasonable fee from Stub Hub or whoever?  Is it worth the hassle to see the game live?  (I paid for airfare, hotels, tickets to see all of the 49er's SuperBowl wins.  It was that important)

What is the price of PPV for the game?  Will it be on radio or local tv?

Do a cost analysis and don't forget to factor in your own Fan Quotient.

I feel that the NFL and other sports PPV packages are just one more tool for the billionaire owners to use to steal your money.  That said, this PPV for sports is/was an idea dreamed up by Al Davis of the Raiders back when cable tv was staring out in the mid 60's.  He wants all pro football, even home sellouts, to be on PPV.  For some people too much is not a possibility.

  2. Why would that be stupid?  Some don't have the option of going to the game or other event for that matter.   The big seller on PPV these days are the MMA fights.  I have both attended and purchased on PPV and I actually prefer to watch at home.  Most times you get a better view (better than ringside) and you can invite all the fellas over to watch as well.  Each one can kick down $5 or so or bring food/drink, whatever and its a good time.

  3. hey

I'll give you a website where you can go watch it for free

    try justin.tv

type on anything you wanna watch

sometimes they have it but the good thing is that you wont have to spend money on PPVs another more, cause you can watch it on justin.tv, just type the PPV you wanna watch and they will show you

  4. ok......

.....what if your fav team is 1,000 miles away? You gonna go to the game or watch it on PPV for $3

Im thinking if I want to see the game bad enough I'll go the PPV route
