Do you think it makes more sense for me to play my music on the computer @ home, rather than the CD player?

Since I'm always on the computer, & I'm using a lot of batteries with the CD player or using extra energy with the radio?

I like the CD player just because the sound is better, but it plugs in, batteries are more expensive than plugging it in.

If you use the CD player at home, get an AC adapter. On the computer, you can copy the music to your hard drive, so you only have to play each CD once. You can get an MP3 player for when you're not at home. They hold hours of music, they're smaller and the batteries last longer because there are no moving parts.
