  1. Huh?

Doing nothin requires absolutely no energy...but, instead of idling, its ofcourse better for you to benefit the day by contributing something good to the community,

which is why your mother-in-law said that to you.

Earn some money is ofcourse better than earning nothing, right? So, thats just some way of your mother-in-law to advice you so that you wont be such a lazy person.

  2. if your getting paid to go to work at a bank as a teller, or a liberian, or a city official, yeah its easier to go to work,if your working as a construction worker or a baby sitter, daycare, ect. then its easier to stay home. also if your staying at home and people say" why dont you get a job, or why arent you at school, or why dont you get up and do something" then it really harder to keep coming up with excuses on why your lazy and dont want to do anything, then you get board with yourself and your at home trying to figure out something you could do that wont be work and would be fun and most of the time, you cant come up with anything and you would of had more fun just going to school, or work, everyday is a new adventure, take advantage of it while you can, harder times are coming and fun wont be found later.JESUS CHRIST IS COMING SOON, BE SAVED, BE BAPTIZED, BE READY. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS. PRAY,PRAY PRAY,BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.

  3. work pretty much = energy.

Doing nothing still takes energy, but in most cases it takes less than doing work.  Even when you are doing nothing you are still doing somthing.  Are you breathing when you do nothing?  Are you watching tv?  Using the AC or Heater?

Do you Eat food while doing nothing?  everything takes energy.  you could always do this while doing 'nothing' , that way you could make energy while doing nothing:

But, "doing nothing" is in itself impossible.  even when 'doing nothing'  one is doing somthing.  Unless one were dead i guess, but even then you are in the act of being dead....

    hope this helps..

    :)

  4. Sorry Brian B, I think she's right.  lol  Nothing wrong with a little hard work. We all have to do it, irregardless of what form it takes.

Think about all the time/energy you are wasting on what your momnlaw thinks though.

You could always take a chance and prove her wrong.

    good luck!
