to release colin delaney?

I'm not too sure he should have stayed around too long...but it seemed so quick. I was shocked when I read he was released. He def needs to go to a smaller company and work on everything. He needs to gain weight and muscle. In general though i didn't have a problem with him. So what do you think about his release?

Do you think he will eventually return? even years from now?

  1. i dont know............................!

  2. I think he has great potential, sure he was small, but he had a decent run on ECW and like you said if he can put on some muscle I believe he has what it takes to become a great wrestler.

  3. Apparently you like the guy but I thought he was pale, unhealthy looking, and a kind of sucky wrestler who had to get his *** kicked every time just to stay on the show.

  4. I was actually surprised. It seemed they were finally making it to where he could possibly be on his own without hiding behind Tommy or Mark and Tony, but then he just got fired.

He was actually a pretty good wrestler when he wrestled guys his own size..I think maybe instead of firing him, they should have just given him some time off to gain some muscle and then let him return. I don't know that they'll let him come back. Maybe in the future, unless he hops a train to TNA.

  5. omg i didnt no they released him but im glad cuz he stunk

  6. I honestly thought WWE was going to groom him to be like the 1-2-3 Kid. When X-Pac first beat Razor Ramone oh so many years ago, it was a great underdog story. Then he became really popular when he became Xpac  and he ended up having many good years in the company.

Colin was used poorly. But then again so are many of the wrestlers in ECW.

  7. imo i think it was a good move by the wwe i just hope they replace him with the rock. i don't think i will return years from now.

  8. I thought he was annoying at first, but as his character started to develop it got interesting, I'm also a little bit suprised he got released... especially since he just got a heel run not too long ago.

  9. i didnt see his role in ECW really. a fued with tommy dreamer? didnt really happen for me to be honest.

  10. well, yes. Dude what you should be asking is whose idea was it to make him heel, especially since being helped by dreamer was(no offense to him and his fans but) the only thing going for him at that point(although, before his heel change, i kinda started warming up to his character).I havent seen him anywhere else so maybe he's a good wrestler?I dont know but as Colin delaney(again no offense, but) he couldnt wrestle for c**p.Now I think if he had stayed face through the past few weeks he wouldve gotten better. And then if they had  released him my answer would probably be different, but he wouldve eventually had to actually wrestle, because even Mikey whipreck(who i still sure colin was supposed to be like ) got more than a few good moves later on in his ECW career.
