  1. Definately! Give that man a cigar. Now if you could make it happen and get a royalty out of it, you could move in next door to Bill Gates.

  3. They do already. With-in Windows or vista, the head person in charge has capabilities to install child guard using a code only to change it back. It located in Internet Options, then privicy.

  4. I think it'd be a good idea if parents would do some actual parenting every once in a while instead of sitting their kids in front of a metal box and whining about parental controls.

  6. like anything else, it would need to be upgrade-able since everything is out of date by the next day, and affordable for those who do not have a new computer or the money to but a box-

    as for Vista- it sucks as an operating system.
