  1. Well... things could get messy, I highly suggest that you wear boots. Have fun.

  2. No way, never, not in a million years!

You need to wear the correct equipment when riding, everything from the boots to the hat.  There is a reason why you have to wear these items - it is for your own protection.  If you do not wear correct riding boots, you run the risk of getting your foot caught in the stirrup, and if you fall off could end up getting dragged behind the horse and trampled on.

Nothing makes me more angry than seing people ride without portective helmets or in trainers - they really are taking their lives in their hands!

Please wear the correct boots, it's for your own safety.

  3. NO  any1 who know how 2 ride knows that when your feet r in the stirrups  u rest (NOT PRESS) the balls of your feet on the inside of the foot closest to the horse & u always keep your heels down...cuz if u don't & u get thrown/fall & your little feeties r heels up...that little foot of yours is going 2 go thru the stirrup & you'll get your foot stuck & most likely drug under the sweet little pony who's going 2 b really busy kickin the snot right out of u...

  4. the best thing to wear horseback riding is a shoe that has a back to it and especially a heel to it like a boot. if u dont own boot, i recommend tennis shoes. but if ur vans have a back and feel like they can hold ur grip it stirrups...thats fine. deff. not sandels tho
