Do you think its a bad idea to bring your ukulele?

in school. I'm in high school and during my freshmen year i saw a guy playing is regular guitar (acoustic) during lunch. but i dont wanna look like an idiot walking around with it

Play away.  But, try and play songs your friends will recognize.  And if you have an extra one, bring it, so you can show someone how easy they are to play.

Thats a freakin awesome idea! As long as you have a gig bag or case for it. if not just put it in your backpack and take it out as soon as you can and lock it in your locker.

dude, if your good at it, go ahead. the ukulele is awsome. play some hawian stuff, the people will love you.

It is never a bad idea to bring a ukulele ANYWHERE!! Do it! I'm sure some people will think you're weird, but most will probably think you're pretty cool (especially if you're good). The ukulele is pretty much the sweetest instrument ever, anyway. People like Julia Nunes on YouTube are bringing the popularity back and maybe your high school uke playing will add to it!
