Sure, why not. It's no worse than some of the other sugary things people drink...tea, coffee, beer, soda pop, etc. and probably less harmful in some respects.

I always liked it as a kid.It goes farther,easy to store and a lot cheaper than soda.Stay Kool!

Yes, I love it! Especially in the Summer...I don't drink it on a daily basis but it's always good and it's really great when you add fruit to it...(pineapples, lemons, or strawberries)....
