Do you think it is good for the Government of the UK to spend increasing amounts of money each year for Health Services (NHS)?

Yes. When a country refuses to pay a decent wage the least they could do is take care of the people. That is why I think the U.S. should do the same. We select people to vote for us that don't,we have a large group of people that don't even realize the majority is surviving on less than $20,000 a year and don't have insurance. I think we should all revolt, it works in France.

It is good for a Govt to know well what to spend on... and what to take from..... the people.  No exception for UK.

In a country......the most important things are : Education, Health service, Financial Structure and the Economic Development Board.  

NEEDS --1) Healthy Students & Good Schools/Institutions

                  2) Healthy Financial System & Infra-Structures

                  3) Healthy Economic Development for Progress

Without the money.........all don't work.   There are many many countries that do not spend on those aboves, but on something else.
