Castration works for the eunuchs,but doubtful otherwise.

Lets just say it takes some of us a lifetime to gain thorough control and then sublimation is at least partially the impact of aging.

I think a person can deny and postpone, and maybe even refrain from it for a time, but it's always underlying.

I don't see any reason why someone would want to do that. The answer is in the question, it's our nature, totally natural.

Yes, not many people are able.  Joan of Arc is said to have worn 16 chains around her body to warn off men.  If that is true then she was definitely refraining.
