no way! i thought at the beginnig that it was stupid for the Yankees to aquire Sexon because he was hitting like .220 even if giambi is slumping he should start.

hmmm I'd rather keep Giambi in, take Betemit out, then use Sexson.

sexson is a specialist hitter

hes batting .340 against lefties and under the mendoza line against righties

giambi is hitting .270 against righties with 14HR and 41RBIs

so i think the deal is righty starter = giambi

lefty starter = sexson

thats why they got him

Yes, let's put Sexson in, who only has one hit since joining the Yankees, has thousands of holes in his swing, and has lost the ability to hit a projectile.

No, Sexson still sucks, sorry to say. Giambi is also a pushover who can't hit with RISP anymore, which is why I hope the Yankees drop his contract and either pick-up a young slugger, or convert Posada to a first baseman.

giambi's production is actually pretty steady: 13-14-19-15 in rbis and it's really only his percentages that fluctuate. the yankees should just wait it out, he'll probably have a much better august.

i just saw the Colbert Report talk about the stache and i disagree. The stache is all powerful man, if McCain grows one, he can definetely win the election
