Do you think its too late for me to get in to a good college?

Question

i'm in 9th grade and i was really smart in junior highschool but in highschool, i feel like i have a hard time memorizing and also taking tests have become very hard for me. Why is that so?

I want to try to study hard and become a better student and better test grades.

do you think it is too late for me? Is there any methods you would like to share with me on how to study and memorize and on not procrastinating?

please any tips would be appreciated!

your a freshman, just stay on top of your work.  If you can't handle the workload then take easier classes.  If you prepare for the SAT/ACT early and do well on that, your grades wouln't even matter too much.  Just  build at that college resume!! Also if you play sports talk to coaches, my GPA sucks but my ACT score is great and my extra curricular is filled.  PS. if it's hard for you to study and concentrate, consider getting tested for ADD.  Medication can really help you study.
