  1. Our thoughts create our reality...

  2. Absolutely!  Positive thinking is one of the strongest catalysts to success.

Motivational speakers have proved this..If one thinks of becoming successful in business, parenthood, a dancer, doctor, lawyer, etc, etc..more often than not, they will achieve it.

True is also for the opposite.  When one thinks they will not amount to anything; they will end up as bums and probably homeless.

We are our own worst enemy and best friend.  I'd rather be my own best friend than my worst enemy.

    Take your pick.

  3. Do we become what we think about?  No.  If people were responsible for their thinking most people would be in prison or in court.   We can think whatever we want, the problem begins when we implement our thinking into an action that reflects it i.e., racist thoughts, sexual thoughts... become hate crimes or rape.

Is thinking important? Of course it is.  But, it is not the total "go" mechanism of our life.  For example, you are thinking positively you will be wealthy.  But, you have no idea how to bring this into being.

So knowledge, awareness and experience suddenly come into play.  "Becoming" is not totally dependant on our  thinking.  There is also environment, physical health, resilience, ...   our thinking is only one part of this huge equation.

  4. Yes if you identify yourself with your thoughts..then it cannot be otherwise.

  5. That's worrying...I could become s*x ??

  6. Yes I do....I'm a firm believer of it!!!

  7. I like it.

  8. I know it is from first hand experience.

My husband thought about me being wretched for a couple months... I became wretched.

I thought about moving to the country for years... divorce = moving out to the country with my family!

I didn't think about my friends much over the last 5 years... I lost touch with them.

My soon to be ex adhd stepkids are now controlable because of my support and love and nurturing and seeing them in a bigger light than they were.

I want an education... been thinking about it a lot. No man is gonna stop me. So... I'm making permanent plans to go get a business degree.

I know people who have thought their allergies away. "I am healthy. I breathe with ease. I love cats and cats love me. etc..."

I thought people saw me as a prissy hussy s**y girl, and not a woman. I didn't want to be seen as that. I wanted people to take me serious, and now I weigh like 20 lbs more than I should, and cut my luxurious hair. I don't like what I've turned into, so... I'm thinking myself thin at this very moment. My hair is growing faster than ever before.

    So.... yes.

  9. absolutely.  I mean think about it - how else could it work?

"You may believe that you are responsible for what you do, but not for what you think.

The truth is that you are responsible for what you think because it is only at this level that you can exercise choice.

What you do comes from what you think."
