Do you think juicing veggies and making smoothies are a good supplement to a vegetarian / vegan diet?

  1. YES! I do both.

    I drink fresh made juice all morning & usually do a Green Smoothie in the afternoon as a snack. Sure keeps my energy level up.

    smoothies delicious still have calories...and do you knoweach and every ingredient used and how much of that smoothie is really a serving..

    i need a straw w/a smoothie.

  4. sure. but not just v/v diets, anyones. you'll still lose some fiber along the way, though.

  6. Yes . B ut from expeirience if you add some fruit you wil still get the nutrients from the veggies but the fruit wil over power he vegies so it tastes like a fruit smoothie not pureid broccoli

  7. Yes, because it has lots fiber, vitamin's and taste really good!
