  1. No I don't.  I believe it has to do with with a person's wealth in society.  We all have a responsibility to volunteer for jury duty and to write our legislators with our opinions about the laws and the bills that they pass or fail.  It is just good citizenship to let our government know how we feel.

  2. There is no justice in general, although in particular cases it might be achieved sometimes. But thats better than nothing.

  3. No they are not.Yes, race, class and other personal characteristics are factors.

Take for example, it takes a very long time to crack down a prominent man/woman whom every body knows is involved in illegal business. Why, because a lot is involved or can can easily pay his/her way to freedom.

Race(no bias)-, in the western world, if you are colored, you are considered a threat.

Gender,- men only can face the world without fear or favor

Sexual orientation- only hetero sexual are straight individuals others abnormal.

    My rights and responsibilities

make them aware of my opinion and concern.View the problem fairly. Encourage every body to see both sides of the problem.Fight the problem not the person.

  4. i dont think justice is applied correctly. certain crimes have over the top punishments. you smoke weed and you get hammered. justice itself is not equal. and people have never been good or fair at defining it.

  5. All people are equal, but some are more equal than others.

  6. YES ALL MUST BE GIVEN EQUAL JUSTICE TO ALL OF THEM   .ALL MEN ARE WOMEN ARE BORN EQUAL ON THE EARTH .ONLY DIFFERENCE IS IN THE CASTE , GENDER ,BLACK OR WHITE .

  7. No it isnt at all. One night my uncle(whos black) was outside of a club wating form his brother to bring the car aroundso they could leave.A couple minutes earlier someone had called the police because a fight had happened inside the club. The police roll up the FIRST thing they do is jump on my uncle. They didnt say one word 2 him just got him beacuse hes black. No if it was a white they my have ran past him.

And as a result of my uncle being black on the weekend, He had his shoulder dislocated and elbow broken. This makes me very angry because no one took any action 2 defend him. And what makes it worse is the fact they didnt even get the guy that started the fight!!!

When it comes to the way justice is distributed it always comes down 2 your race. You can oppose tht all you want but it happens all the time. If you anit white the man gon get you.

As far as changes we can make realistically there are none other than this

ALL MINORITES have to eliminate the racial sterotype of their respective race then and only then we MIGHT have equal justice.

  8. "no" if you can think it, then its posible,if you think it cant happen, then it can, judges are paid off, Innocent people are framed, evidence is planted always has been always will be, man makes laws, man ,makes mistakes, or there would be now man. how many people where released from jail after DNA was applied to the evidence against them, watch the storie about the man called the hurricane, a true story, caused an up rise in its time, but he still did 20 years for nothing. and the people (coppers) who put him there went unpunished, make me sick in the guts, god help anyone who tries to frame me, im not a god person but if thay have a god thayed better ask for help.
