Kerala is already a very developed state. it has the most educated populace compared to the rest of India. also, socially it is the most forward state in India.

however, industry and infrastructure are poor. this can develop only if the political climate changes. time is not a factor here. If there is a political will this can happen within 5 years. If not, you won't see any change even in 2050.
