  2. No, you have to be 15 1/2, sometimes 16 to work; sorry.

  3. No. And especially not one who can't find the right category to ask in.

  4. i used to go to kumon and most of the people working there were highschool level. i used to talk to them & the youngest age i found there was 16...taking geometry.

    you might wanna check out a local ritas or somewhere they hire younger kids
